VAT for EU and Non-EU Countries in Europe: We charge VAT for all EU orders where VAT is required. Since we ship from the Netherlands, we charge 21% VAT. This will be charged during checkout. Additional fees may apply depending on the recipient country's laws, and will be charged by the carrier before final delivery. If you are not charged VAT during checkout, then you will pay VAT when your order arrives to your country. Please note that if the Netherlands shipping location is out of stock on the item you order, your order may be shipped from the US. In this case, if you were charged VAT fees at checkout, they will be refunded to you, and you will be notified by email. You will then pay for VAT fees when your order arrives to your country. Note that these fees may be more or less than if the order ships from the Netherlands, depending on your country's laws regarding taxation of imported items. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they may be. Any taxes and fees necessary for final delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not devalue goods on customs documentation for the purpose of lowering the customer's tax burden. In the event of a return, VAT and other import taxes and fees not charged by ATLAS Throttle Lock are non-refundable.

VAT for All Other Countries: All prices listed on the website and checkout process are not inclusive of VAT or any other import tax or fee - including, but not limited to, Federal, State, Provincial, or Local level taxes and any processing fees charged by the shipping carriers in addition to these taxes - unless otherwise stated. We do not charge these fees at checkout as we have no way to determine what they may be or pay them in the customer's stead. In the case of a return, no compensation will be given to the buyer for these costs. Consult your local tax authority for information regarding any reimbursement of import costs in the event your order is returned. We will not devalue goods on customs documentation for the purpose of lowering the customer's tax burden.

 

 USA: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • Free shipping is provided to all 50 States with Tracking. Shipping method may vary depending on customer location, however final delivery will generally be by USPS.
  • Express 1-2 day is $23 USD to all Contiguous States. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer and may not be guaranteed. Note 1-2 day shipping means after the order has shipped. While we will attempt to ship same day if the order is placed by 10:30am PST, Express orders may still be shipped next business day depending on the circumstances. Same day shipping is not guaranteed.
  • Please contact us prior to placing your order if a carrier does not deliver to your location.
 

 Canada: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • Standard shipping is $15, and takes 8-15 days. Estimated shipping time does not include customs clearance processes which can take several days.
  • Contact us at info@atlasmoto.com for a quote if you require faster shipping.
  • Shipping costs are not inclusive of GST or any other import taxes or duties. These fees will be collected by the carrier before final delivery.

 Europe: Orders ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands. Fulfillment time varies by shipping method.

  • Standard EU Shipping to European Union member states and the UK is $12-$36 USD and takes 4-6 days once shipped in most cases. Shipping is via DPD. Due to shipping volume at our Netherlands warehouse, these orders will ship on the second business day after the order is placed.
  • Standard EU Shipping to Non-EU member states (with the exception of the UK) and EU member island countries is $12-$36 USD, and takes 6-8 days once shipped in most cases. Shipping is via PostNL. Due to shipping volume at our Netherlands warehouse, these orders will ship on the second business day after the order is placed.
  • Express EU Shipping is $32-$55 USD and takes 1-3 days once shipped. Express orders ship next business day via FedEx.
  • Product price and shipping costs do not include VAT. VAT applicable to European Union countries will be shown separately from the product and shipping cost at checkout. For Non-EU countries, import taxes and duties are not charged at checkout and will be assessed and collected by the carrier before final delivery.
  • Depending on the situation or location, other shipping carriers besides the ones shown above may be utilized, or shipping may be from our USA warehouse.

 Australia and New Zealand: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • Standard International is $17 USD and estimated shipping time is 8-15 days. Estimated shipping time does not include customs clearance processes which can take several days.
  • Contact us at info@atlasmoto.com for a quote if you require faster shipping. Please note most shipping methods to Australia and New Zealand do not have guaranteed delivery times.

 South America: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • DHL International Express is $40-$55 USD

 Middle East: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • Standard International is $15 USD
  • DHL International Express is $40 USD
  • For Standard International, it is not uncommon for final delivery to take 2 months or more, due to lengthy customs processing times when shipping to the Middle East. Customers who wish to receive their order faster should select DHL Express at checkout.

 Everywhere else: Orders ship each business day from one of our USA warehouses

  • Standard International is $15 USD. Estimated delivery time is 8-15 days.
  • Contact us at info@atlasmoto.com for a quote if you require faster shipping.
  • Delivery times vary considerably with Standard International, though the general estimated shipping time is 8-15 days. It is not uncommon for this delivery method to take longer due to lengthy customs processing times.

 

Terms:

The prices for shipping costs listed above are quoted in US dollars. Unless otherwise specified, all prices on the website are quoted in US dollars. Click the drop-down list of currencies at the bottom right of each page to change the website currency on the order pages and in the checkout. Currency conversions are automatically controlled by Shopify and are subject to constant change, therefore currency conversion accuracy may vary slightly and is not the responsibility of ATLAS Throttle Lock. Product prices are not inclusive of VAT, GST, or any other form of import taxes and duty. Any taxes and duty due, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. At this time, ATLAS Throttle Lock only charges VAT on shipments to locations within the European Union. These fees are based on 21% Dutch VAT. Any other taxes and fees due for final delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. ATLAS Throttle Lock does not charge any import fees for international shipments aside from the European Union. All other international locations will have tax and duty assessed and collected by the carrier before final delivery.

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice and may be higher on orders of multiple products. Shipping will be calculated during the checkout process. Unless specified at checkout, any shipping costs do not include any customs or duty charges necessary for a product to be imported into the destination country. Depending on various circumstances, some shipping methods may be discontinued or added, with or without notice. If certain shipping carriers do not deliver to your address, please contact us at info@atlasmoto.com before placing your orderShipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping charges for any reason.

Shipping times are an approximation only and are not guaranteed by ATLAS Throttle Lock or by the carrier, with the exception of some (not all) Express shipping options. Shipping times quoted on the website are after the item ships, unless otherwise noted. All orders (excluding Soft Goods), both Standard and Express, will ship within two business days in most cases, with most shipping by next business day depending on the time of order placement. If we cannot meet this commitment, you will be notified by email of any delays on our end. In some cases, shipping may take more or less time depending on factors outside the control of ATLAS Throttle Lock, including - but not limited to - customs delays, weather events, difficulties with the carrier finding addresses, postal strikes, and collection of taxes and fees. Soft Goods items such as T-shirts and Hoodies are made to order and fulfilled by our partners at Printful. Because of this, Soft Goods items have a 6-11 day lead time and are shipped separately from other items ordered. Printful occasionally will discontinue certain items without notice, or they may be out of stock. In the event your order cannot be fulfilled as placed due to product unavailability at Printful, Printful will automatically ship a comparable product. In the event of returns, shipping charges are non-refundable and no compensation can be given for taxes and fees levied for original delivery. Soft Goods do not have a 30 day money back guarantee and may only be returned in brand new, unopened, unworn, unwashed condition at the sole discretion of ATLAS Throttle Lock, who may deny returns of Soft Goods for any reason.

For orders shipping to US domestic locations, we will ship from one of several domestic warehouses, and use a variety of shipping carriers (including - but not limited to - USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac/LaserShip, and even DoorDash!). This allows us to provide economical and timely delivery. For orders of more than one item, we may ship from more than one shipping warehouse depending on availability of the items ordered. Due to multiple factors, we may not ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery location, and choice of delivery company at checkout is not possible. However, if there are certain delivery companies that do not deliver to your location, please contact us at info@atlasmoto.com before placing your order, so that we can accommodate. Customers who require a specific shipping company to be used for delivery will have their orders shipped from our main office in Edmonds, Washington.

For orders shipping internationally via Standard International, we will choose from a variety of carriers for shipment depending on destination. One possible delivery carrier is DHL. Please note it is common for your package to be routed to the DHL Processing Center in Frankfurt, Germany, regardless of final delivery location. For example, orders to South America via DHL Standard will still be sent to Germany for processing, even though we ship from the USA. Please note processing times in Germany can sometimes take weeks to finish, depending on multiple factors beyond our control. Please also note that DHL Standard shipments may see multiple days without tracking updates and this is completely normal for this type of economy shipping. We recommend choosing the DHL Express option at checkout if you wish to receive your order faster.

For all international shipments, the shipping carrier may levy brokerage and maintenance fees when the package enters the country, in addition to any local, federal, or provincial taxes . These fees will be collected by the final delivery carrier (typically your home country's local postal system) before the package is delivered or picked up by the customer. Any taxes and fees necessary for final delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that while we do our best here at ATLAS to assist with shipping related issues, we are unable to work with the shipping carriers directly to determine the whereabouts of packages. There are multiple reasons for this, but chiefly shipping carrier customer service agents don't know any more than what the tracking number shows. Tracking information is provided by the carrier for informational purposes only and may not be updated on a daily basis, depending on factors completely outside of the control of ATLAS Throttle Lock. We are not able to make shipments move more quickly by inquiring with the carrier. Furthermore, we are not able to make claims on packages that are marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Customers are recommended to contact their local delivery post office if their order was marked as delivered, but they cannot find the package. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is made.

For orders shipping to outlying European territories not physically within Europe (such as island territories or departments), shipping may occur from our USA warehouse instead of our Netherlands warehouse. This is due to the often remote nature of these locations, which may impact our ability to ship from our Netherlands warehouse. Shipping to these locations may be considerably slower than quoted shipping times.

Accuracy of address and phone number for delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be shipped to the address exactly as it is entered. Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address - or due to the delivery location being inaccessible or outside of the delivery area of the carrier - will be resent, but additional shipping charges may be applied. We will notify the customer to get the correct address before attempting to resend and before charging for any additional shipping costs. In the event the customer requests a refund for an order that is returned to us, orders with free shipping that are returned to any of our warehouses due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses may be subject to a restocking fee to cover our shipping costs. Orders with paid shipping (e.g. expedited and express methods) that are returned as above will not have their shipping costs refunded. We will not refund shipping costs for any reason. If a carrier mentioned in the tables on this page does not deliver to your address, please contact us prior to placing your order.
